Shipping Policy – SexyHoney

At SexyHoney, we aim to deliver your festive lingerie quickly, safely, and discreetly.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

During high-demand periods (such as Christmas season), processing times may be extended slightly.
We always do our best to dispatch your order as fast as possible.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
🇪🇺 European Union: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and can vary based on:

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

SexyHoney is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking link (once the package is shipped)

Tracking updates may take 48-72 business hours to appear after dispatch.


4. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

SexyHoney is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment or door numbers

  • Customer not being available to receive delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not covered by SexyHoney.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Any additional taxes imposed by their country

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is shipped, the responsibility transfers to the carrier.

SexyHoney is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen parcels

  • Lost shipments caused by the courier

Customers must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

We will assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for courier-related issues.


7. Delayed Deliveries

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
SexyHoney cannot control third-party courier operations, especially during:

  • Christmas season

  • Strikes

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs inspections

We appreciate your patience during peak periods.


8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

A package may be returned to us if:

  • The address is incorrect

  • The customer refuses delivery

  • The customer fails to pick up the package

  • Customs charges are unpaid

Once received, we can reship the parcel at the customer's expense.
Refunds are not issued for undeliverable shipments.


9. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
You will receive tracking information for each package.
